Zone 3 birthday parties are packed full of fun and excitement, perfect for anybody that wants fun and a minimum of stress!

A non-refundable Booking Deposit is required when making a booking with us.
Booking transfers can be arranged with at least 7 days’ advance notice.
Unfortunately, we do not tentatively hold bookings.

The Base Rate for all parties Includes:

  • Two Laser Tag Games,
  • Exclusive use of the game arena. We do not mix your Birthday Party in with other people.
  • Exclusive use of the party room for your whole party.  (Not just that 1/2 hour when the kids are having cake.)
Sample of our Invitations

We will provide also:

  • Napkins / Serviettes,
  • Cups 
  • Jugs and Water for the room. 
  • Small Cake Plates, Suitable for cake only.
  • Free full-colour Invitations.

Pizza and Drinks Option

Available Saturday and Sunday between 11 am and 5.30 pm

This option has all the base rate inclusions with;
1 large Pizza and 1 Bottle of soft drink shared between 3 kids and are supplied during the break between games.

Just $6.00 per person (minimum 5 kids required)

Self Catering

Yes, you can bring your own pre-cooked or cold food to Zone 3

  • A Fridge and Freezer are available if you wish to store items such as Cakes and IceCream Cakes during your visit. However, due to limited space, you may require to bring an Eski to store cold drinks.
  • Unfortunately, there are no cooking or heating facilities available in Zone 3

How does your Birthday Party visit work

We design your time at Zone 3 by “leapfrogging” the laser tag arena’s use between your Party group with another Party, so you have time to debrief and sort out any changes to the teams between your games.

Here is how a typical Birthday Party Structure works

Arrival

Please arrive by your scheduled booking time

A Party room will be allocated with the Birthday Person’s Name next to the door.

Briefing

Briefing, House Rules and Q&A – 20 mins

All players must be briefed before entering the Arena to Play Laser Tag.

Don’t be late otherwise you may not be able to join in if the Game Starts.

Whilst you are being briefed the Arena may be in use by another Party.

Game 1

Game Time – 20 minute rotation

This includes time to Kit up and enter the Arena
Gameplay
And time to make your way back to reality, hang back up your gear and proceed to scoreboard

Review and Reflect

20 minutes to review and reflect on how you played.

Good time to see if you like to re-balance the teams and swap team members around. Choose your next team colour.

If you have elected to have our Pizza and Drink Option, we will have them ready for your party during this break.

Whilst you are debriefing, the Arena may be in use by another group.

Game 2

Game Time – 20 minute rotation

This includes time to Kit up and enter the Arena
Gameplay
And time to make your way back to reality, hang back up your gear and proceed to scoreboard

Conclusion

Time to sit down, check out your scores and have cake

There is enough time here to sit down and enjoy your cake whilst waiting for parents to pick up the kids.

Time to go relax and head back home

Our next Booking may require the party room

You are welcome to stick around and play arcade machines, however the room will now be cleaned and prepared for the next booking. seating in the main foyer is allowed.
